Endoscopy Center of Southern California in Santa Monica is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse for PreOp PACU. The role covers continuous nursing care for patients post-anesthesia, with emphasis on safety, comfort, and privacy until discharge planning begins. Starting pay ranges from $46.00 to $67.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS and ACLS accredited by AHA required.
• 2+ years PACU or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for post-anesthesia/sedation patients.
• Assess patient condition and ensure safety, comfort, and privacy.
• Plan and evaluate care from PACU to discharge prep.
• Maintain thorough documentation and patient-family education.
