Qualifications

1. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, communications, and/or public relations, preferably in an educational setting.
2. Be able to manage and coordinate the marketing team members and activities across the three phases of the school.
3. Be skilled in digital marketing, including social media management, website maintenance, and content creation.
4. Have strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
5. Be proficient in graphic design tools (such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite) and familiar with branding principles.
6. Be comfortable liaising with media, managing public relations, and coordinating advertising efforts.
7. Have excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
8. Have strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
9. Be passionate about storytelling and promoting the school’s ethos, values, and achievements.
10. Be able to capture and curate engaging visual and written content for various platforms.
11. Be available to attend and promote key school events, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.
