Job Purpose

Responsible for safeguarding the safety and integrity of the assessment instrument and monitoring students during assessments to ensure no irregularities take place.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring students to ensure that there is no malpractice during the assessments.
• Distributing answer booklets and exam papers to students.
• Ensuring that assessment conditions are always adhered to and meet policy requirements.
• Preparing assessment venues to meet requirements.
• Providing support in emergencies, e.g., sick students, fire evacuations.
• Answering student queries during assessments.
• Providing detailed and clear reports at the end of each session.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Higher certificate/Diploma (advantageous)

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of industry experience.
• No criminal record.
