Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepares tendering documentation / Review and format documents
- Capturing of tendering data
- Keeps track of received data and source documents / document control
- Prepares and sorts source documents and identifies and interprets data to be entered
- Contacts authors of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
- Make necessary corrections to information entered
- Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and service providers
- Coordinate tender progress meetings; maintain attendance register and meeting minutes
