Qualifications

• Honours degree in Development Studies or related field.
• Master's or PhD preferred for senior roles.
• Lecturing experience at tertiary level is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate engagement on the Learner Management System (LMS).
• Track students' success rates at modular level.
• Provide continuous student support and development.
• Deliver online teaching and learning.
• Attend Programme Coordination Committee meetings.
• Contribute to programme improvements (content and assessments).
• Conduct subject/module consultations.
• Mark assignments on time to provide quality feedback.
