iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa, we provide expert advice, Apple Authorized Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for all things Apple.

Within iStore, our Concierge’s mission is to discover customers’ needs. You will be responsible for greeting customers and ensuring they are directed accordingly to receive efficient service.

This role is ideal for someone who needs a little flexibility and is not seeking a full-time role at the moment. You will be in a flexible position, working only 138 hours per month.

• Completed Matric
• Sales Experience / Customer Service Experience
• Passionate about our products and assisting customers
