Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Child Development Facilitator to support young learners in Paarl in the Western Cape. You will implement individualized learning plans, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere for a small group of children.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate age-appropriate learning activities to support cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Assist children with daily routines and encourage independence.
• Observe and document children's progress, identifying areas where additional support may be needed.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
• Communicate effectively with parents and educators regarding the child's development and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to children requiring extra attention or specialized learning assistance.
