Job summary

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Accounting or related field.
• Alternatively: Master's or PhD in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years' lecturing or tutoring experience.
• Online lecturing at tertiary level is advantageous.
• CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or SAIPA designation is advantageous where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring learner engagement on the Learner Management System.
• Tracking students’ modular success rates.
• Providing continuous student support and development.
• Delivering online teaching and learning.
• Participating in Programme Coordination Committee meetings.
• Contributing to programme improvements (content and assessments).
• Conducting subject/module consultations.
• Marking coursework promptly to provide quality feedback.
