Job summary

RecruitMyMom in Constantia, Cape Town, South Africa, seeks a Paraplanner and Client Operations Coordinator. This hybrid role combines paraplanning, project coordination, workflow management and client servicing to connect advisers, clients and operations.

You will prepare client reviews, manage schedules, track follow-ups, and drive efficiency through process improvements and technology. A 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to evolve is offered, with four days in office and one day

Qualifications

Completed commercial degree in Accounting or Business or similar.
Experience in paraplanning, wealth management or client services.
Understanding of financial planning, investments and related administration processes.
Experience coordinating teams, projects or workflows.
Advanced Excel skills (Lookups, Pivots, Macros).
CRM/workflow systems experience is advantageous (Iress).

Responsibilities

Client Meeting Preparation: prepare comprehensive client review and planning packs.
Scheduling & Coordination: manage adviser calendars and meeting logistics.
Workflow & Task Management: act as traffic controller between advisers and admin.
Operational Support: assist with financial planning and client reporting.
Process Improvement & Technology: refine internal systems and workflows.
Northstar collaboration: align teams to automate processes.
