Job summary

Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal – An exciting Paraplanner opportunity has arisen with a UK-based company expanding its operations in KZN. The role is suited to a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial planning, investment research and client service.

You will support financial advisers, prepare financial plans and client reports, research products, analyse portfolios and maintain records. Regulatory compliance and risk profiling are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Financial planning qualifications and regulatory knowledge are required.
• Strong MS Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support financial advisers and prepare financial plans and client reports.

Exciting opportunity exists for a detail-oriented Paraplanner to join a UK-based company expanding its operations in KZN. This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about financial planning, investment research and delivering excellent client service. Financial planning qualifications and sound regulatory knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities will include supporting financial advisers, preparing financial plans and client reports, researching investment products, analysing client portfolios and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist with client reviews, risk profiling and compliance documentation, ensuring recommendations are suitable and meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant financial planning qualifications and sound regulatory knowledge
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
