Requirements:

  • Paralegal qualification/certification or relevant legal studies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and correspondence.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings.
  • File legal documents with courts and government agencies.
  • Manage and organise case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
  • Maintain and update legal databases and client records.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
