Job summary

BVNK is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team. This newly created role drives essential corporate governance functions and serves as a go-to resource for teams relying on Legal to move quickly and accurately.

You will own subsidiary records, assist with governance and compliance activities, manage documents, and support cross-functional teams across Finance, Tax, Sales, and HR. A Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or corporate law firm.
• Solid working knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, HR, Tax, and other teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision, while knowing when to escape.

About The Role:
