Key Responsibility Areas

1. Draft letters of demand, Summons and Pleadings.
2. Facilitates the eviction of unlawful occupants.
3. Institutes and/or defends insurance claims by/against the Municipality in the Lower Courts.
4. Updates the legislation library.
5. Conducts research on legislation that impact on the municipality.
6. Keeps abreast with latest developments in law.

Essential Requirements

1. Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Paralegal Studies or any other Law related and equivalent qualification.
2. Valid motor vehicle driving license.
3. 2 Years relevant experience.
4. Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 8) in Law.
2. 3 Years relevant experience.
