Jobtailor in Sandton seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to shape secure, scalable digital architecture for Pan-African growth. You will own and evolve architecture for customer channels, shared capabilities, integration and enabling technology.

Define current-state and target-state architectures across platforms, data, cloud and AI. Translate business strategy into capabilities, investments and delivery roadmaps while aligning with governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology required.
• Experience leading architecture in regulated enterprises.
• Strong cloud-native, API-led, event-driven, identity and frontend expertise.
• Ability to align designs with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture decision forums and document material decisions.
• Establish reference standards for APIs, events, microservices, serverless, web, mobile.
• Advise CIO on technology choices, trade-offs, sequencing, risks and TCO.
• Drive resilience, performance, data protection and compliance across platforms.
