Responsibilities:

1. Interior and Exterior painting and staining of residential properties and some light commercial properties
2. Meet schedule and quality standards and expectations of each customer
3. Provide extraordinary customer experience in addition to quality work
4. Maintain company vehicles and equipment
5. Complete necessary jobsite paperwork
6. Maintain safety and job site cleanliness
7. Work as a team with other members of the Painting staff

Qualifications:

1. Prior painting experience (minimum 2 years) and/or growth mindset
2. Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
3. Communication skills
4. Be a self-starter and self-motivated
5. Drivers' license with good driving record
6. Must possess your own vehicle, equipment, and crew
7. Valid and Current General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance
8. High Energy and Durability
