Paid Media Executive – Meta, TikTok & Google Ads
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing events and experiences company that creates unforgettable live events, festivals, concerts, cultural experiences and brand activations across multiple consumer brands.
Paid media sits at the heart of their growth, driving ticket sales, customer acquisition and revenue across the portfolio.
They’re looking for someone to support the day-to-day management of their paid media activity across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, reporting directly to the person who leads it.
And we’re looking for someone who is proactive, analytical and genuinely eager to grow.
This isn’t a role where you’ll sit on the sidelines watching someone else run the ad accounts.
You’ll be hands‑on from the start, building campaigns, testing creative, refining audiences and digging into the numbers behind every ticket sold.
Some experience with paid advertising platforms would be a real advantage.
But more than anything, they want the right attitude, sharp attention to detail and a real willingness to learn.
The Opportunity
This business is growing quickly and backing that growth with significant monthly advertising budgets.
That means real exposure to how serious paid media is planned, managed and optimised across multiple platforms and brands.
No two campaigns look the same. One week it’s a festival on‑sale, the next it’s a concert launch or a last‑minute push to sell out an event.
You’ll learn directly from the paid media lead, working alongside the wider marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.
As you gain experience, you’ll take on more responsibility and ownership of campaigns and budgets.
And as the business grows, there’s scope to help develop new channels, such as affiliate marketing.
