Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Search enthusiast eager to develop their career in digital marketing. Reporting to the Senior Paid Search Director, the ideal candidate will have some prior experience managing paid search campaigns, either at an agency or client-side. We value driven individuals who are keen to learn, make a difference, and turn data into actionable insights. We seek someone who strives for excellence, is eager to grow, and is committed to continual improvement.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing digital paid search campaigns daily, focusing on revenue, profit growth, and budget management.
  2. Implementing campaigns across various search engine networks and assisting in campaign validation and audits.
  3. Analyzing campaign performance to identify opportunities and optimize results to exceed client expectations and KPIs.
  4. Utilizing platform measurement tools to identify issues and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
  6. Working with Paid Search Directors to develop and execute strategies.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of managing paid search accounts.
  • Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video).
  • Knowledge of Performance Max (PMax).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Proficient in using data and insights for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Process Improvement: Skilled in streamlining and automating processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective at working with diverse teams to achieve goals.
  • Problem Solving: Capable of evaluating options and implementing practical solutions.
