We are looking for a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team. This role manages paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, increase visibility, and support enrolment growth across Edunation schools.

Paid Media Specialist responsibilities are :

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers and copywriters.
  • Launch and monitor campaigns to meet lead generation objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Optimisation

  • Analyse key metrics such as CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Generate insights and make adjustments to improve results.
  • Conduct A / B testing and optimise ads for target audiences.
  • Budget Management

  • Manage daily and monthly ad spend to maximise ROI.
  • Reconcile spend reports and provide transparency to Finance.
  • Prevent budget wastage through continuous monitoring.
  • Audience Targeting and Data Use

  • Define personas and build targeting segments.
  • Optimise retargeting and lookalike strategies.
  • Leverage campaign data for ongoing improvements.
  • Compliance and Support

  • Ensure alignment with Edunation's brand standards and advertising policies.
  • Archive creatives for future audits.
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Paid Media Specialist requirements are :
