In this role, you’ll work across a variety of campaigns, assisting with performance tracking, competitor research, creative quality checks, and optimization strategies. What You’ll Do

• Maintain monthly dashboards and reports to monitor campaign KPIs
• Assist with ad copy updates, ad hoc reporting, and paid media campaign restarts
• Monitor pacing, flag performance issues, and recommend optimizations
• Conduct competitor research and gather creative examples for analysis
• Review copy & landing pages for A/B testing opportunities
• Liaise between Paid Media and Creative teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Collect, clean & analyze data from platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
• Identify trends & anomalies to generate actionable insights
• Present findings in clear, visual reports

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or related field
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (complex formulas), Supermetrics, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
• Understanding of paid media platforms & metrics
• Detail-oriented with excellent data analysis & reporting accuracy
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Collaborative mindset with strong time management skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in the healthcare/medical marketing space
