We’re growing fast, and we’re now looking for a sharp, data-driven Paid Advertising & PPC Specialist to scale and manage our advertising performance across Amazon, Google, and other major digital channels.

· You have not personally managed a combined monthly ad budget of R 2 million or more.
· You cannot provide proof of performance for campaigns you’ve managed.
· You have no experience working across multiple markets (countries and industries).
What You’ll Be Doing
You will take the lead on Amazon PPC strategy and management, while driving high-performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other channels. You must bring a proven track record of conversion tracking, budget scaling, and cross-market strategy.
Core Responsibilities
· Launch, manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
· Improve ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates across all campaigns.
· Run paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
· Conduct keyword and competitor research to align PPC and SEO strategies.
· Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
· Provide detailed performance reporting and data analysis using dashboards and spreadsheets.
· Keep up with platform changes, algorithm updates, and trends in paid advertising.
Required Skills & Experience
· 1-3+ years of experience with Amazon Ads (Seller or Vendor Central) and Google Ads.
· Proven management of large ad budgets (R2 million+ per month).
· Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), or TikTok Ads.
· Proficiency with Amazon Ads Manager, Helium 10, Google Ads Manager.
· Strong skills in analytics tools, tracking setups, and reporting dashboards.
· Excellent attention to detail, time management, and accountability.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
· Shopify and product listing optimisation.
· Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces (UK, Germany etc.).
· Understanding of landing page strategy and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
· Experience with video ads or UGC-based creatives.
· Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
