Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a heavy industrial engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of packing processes and equipment required.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills are necessary.

Our client, a leader in the cement industry, is looking for a dedicated and skilled supervisor to manage the packing operations within their facility. The Packing Plant Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packed efficiently and meet the company's quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the packing team to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Matric and recognised trade test - Preferably Millwright studying towards NQF 6

• SAP knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Relevant qualifications in production management or a related field are preferred
