In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising a diverse team, planning daily operations, and ensuring all packing meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your day-to-day will include monitoring fruit volumes, managing resource allocations, and overseeing the correct usage of packing materials and procedures. You’ll also coordinate closely with production line supervisors to address any issues with fruit quality, sizing, and labelling.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in fruit packhouse management.
2. Solid problem-solving skills.
3. Strong leadership capabilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
5. Matric (a qualification in agricultural production management would be beneficial).
6. Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
