The Packaging Technical Trainee program is a structured 18-month initiative designed to develop technical skills and experience for graduates, while familiarizing them with the company's culture and principles. The program aims to ensure that upon completion, individuals can be immediately allocated to a specific area of responsibility.

Key outputs and responsibilities:

• The traineeship is primarily hands-on, involving self-study to gain comprehensive understanding of the theory, principles, and operation of packaging equipment within the Packaging Hall.
• Participation in packaging projects aligned with program requirements and brewery priorities.
• Applying VPO principles.
• Diagnosing systemic and situational problems and troubleshooting.
• Participating in packaging team structures, including acting roles in identified leadership positions within packaging.
• Communicating learnings and solutions across various levels of the business.

Minimum requirements:

• BSc or BTech or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 years of packaging experience.
