Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company invites applications for a Production Supervisor in the Packaging Department based at JC Le Roux, Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will report to the Unit Manager and lead a production team, ensuring the smooth operation of bottling lines and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires at least two years in production supervision, experience in high-speed bottling, a relevant technical qualification, and strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years relevant experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Minimum of two years in a high-speed, high-tech Bottling environment.
• Trade or Relevant Technical qualification.
• Knowledge of ISO/HACCP Quality Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve business and production plan.
• Lead a production team and oversee the smooth operation of machines and equipment.
• Manage Workflow Improvement processes (DCS – Daily Control Systems).
• Ensure TPM activities are managed and executed.
• Managing Time & Attendance of employees.
• Contribute to a balanced scorecard of PQCDSM.
