Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to design, deploy, and optimize HR technology solutions that enhance key business capabilities and support strategic initiatives.

The consultant will provide expert advisory and implementation services, guiding clients through the full deployment cycle from requirements analysis to post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Consult and Implement: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.
  2. Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  3. Payroll Configuration: Set up and optimize payroll functions, including wage types, deductions, payment schedules, and compliance with local payroll regulations.
  4. Integration Management: Ensure seamless internal and external integrations between Employee Central Payroll and SAP Payroll Modules.
  5. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Training & Change Management: Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer to facilitate a smooth transition.
Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll solutions, including SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  2. Strong expertise in SAP Payroll Module and ECP integrations.
  3. Proven experience in wage type configuration, deductions, tax calculations, and payroll reporting.
  4. Ability to analyze, design, configure, and deploy payroll solutions in alignment with business needs.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot payroll-related issues efficiently.
  6. Experience providing training and post-go-live support for payroll systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Highly Advantageous).
  2. Experience working with South African payroll laws and compliance requirements.
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and project teams.
