This position is highly P2P Operational tasks driven P2P and cryptooperations experience come first.

Responsibilities

• Setup sustain and manage the Africa P2P business local operations product localisation and facilitate on regulatory matters
• Collect local users communities feedbacks and competitors insights to optimize our service offering
• Explore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners blockchain / crypto communities associations to expand P2P awareness in AFRICA market
• Exploring more P2P related partnerships
• Design and implement gotomarket strategies to boost P2P volume growth facilitate content building and promotion strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators banks and payment partners
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of current regulations to provide strategic advice

Requirements

• At least 7 years experience of proven success in a similar role within Operations role at blockchain / crypto company financial institution or bank AFRICA
• Equipped with data and business analytics mindset
• Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space in AFRICA
• Experience ideally P2P focus Fiat / Fintech experience would be bonus
• Bilingual English & NigerCongo is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
