Job summary

A leading company in telecommunications is seeking a motivated individual to manage subcontractor relations and oversee outsourcing projects. Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years experience in telecommunications outsourcing preferred.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance the partner relationship.
  • Take part in the outsourcing purchasing team, support the project bidding and execution, outsourcing purchase and cost estimation.
  • Responsible for the subcontractor implementation management, including planning, cost, quality, progress.
  • Responsible for the subcontractor management of the projects, outsourcing requirement submit, outsourcing settlement & payment procedure.
  • Responsible for subcontractor pool establishment and bring up the potential subcontracts.
  • Responsible for organizing the subcontractor trainings and skill qualifications.
  • Responsible for the local outsourcing cost data base construction.
  • Responsible for other assignments requested by direct manager.
  • Share the experience to all team members.
  • Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma / Certificate in Business Management, BA or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' experience in outsourcing of telecommunication area, previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.
  • With strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skill.
  • Proficient in English
