We are now expanding our footprint and seeking dynamic, self-motivated 1099 Outside Sales Representatives to introduce our award-winning mattresses and bedding to independent and mainstream furniture and mattress retailers across North America.

  1. 1099 Independent Contractor Role: Take full control of your schedule and earnings.
  2. Uncapped Commission-Only Earnings: Earn approximately 5% per sale with potential first-year earnings between $20K and $120K+.

What You'll Do:

  1. Leverage your industry connections to identify and acquire new retail accounts.
  2. Educate and train retailers on Naturepedic's unique product offerings.
  3. Manage and grow long-term relationships with furniture and mattress retailers.
  4. Work independently to build your territory and drive sales growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.

  1. Experienced Sales Professionals: You have a background in the mattress, bedding, or furniture industry.
  2. Strong Network: You already have retailer connections and relationships.
