Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Lead & Scale:
   Drive outbound telesales performance across large teams.
   Take full ownership of operations, people, processes, and platforms.
   Recruit, coach, and develop sales agents to unlock their full potential.
2. Campaign & Performance Management:
   Build and optimise innovative sales campaigns that accelerate growth and retention.
   Use data, insights, and KPIs to continuously sharpen productivity and profitability.
   Oversee lead management, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction delivery.
3. Sales Leadership & Strategy:
   Align sales strategies with key financial services products and regulatory compliance.
   Collaborate with training, recruitment, and enablement teams to fast-track onboarding and talent development.
   Drive brand-led strategies.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:
Business/Financial/Commercial Diploma or Degree.
Regulatory accreditation (FAIS compliant).

You’ll Need To Bring:
Experience:
Outbound telesales leadership in financial services, insurance, or similar regulated industries.
Experience scaling and managing high-capacity call centres.
Strong track record in campaign execution, performance management, and business retention.
