Job Opportunity: Outbound Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record inoutbound sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our existing customer database to boost sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Leverage cold calling, social media, and traditional sales methods to generate leads
  • Proactively research and innovate new ways to connect with potential clients via online platforms
  • Achieve performance targets and work toward sales KPIs
  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation and pipeline development using MS Excel
  • Utilize SAP and CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and activities
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years outbound sales experience, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospect outreach
  • BCom / Marketing or Sales Diploma (advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (intermediate to advanced skills required)
  • Familiar with SAP and CRM platforms (advantageous)
  • Experience with MS Teams for remote meetings and training
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required
  • Industry experience in food safety / hygiene is a bonus
