Outbound Sales Representative servicing Australia

Location : Remote (South Africa)

Working Hours : Outreach to Australia and other countries in Asia.

Package : $1000 USD base salary plus commission

  • $100 USD per booked meeting attended, with an expectation of booking 10 meetings per month.
  • An additional $100 USD for each meeting that converts into a closed deal, with an expectation that 3-4 out of 10 meetings will close.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities within the Australian, African, and European markets.
  • Schedule and secure meetings with potential clients to present the company's AI-driven supply chain solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies tailored to target regions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and opportunities generated.
  • Outbound calling and prospect list building experience are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within the technology or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies for engaging international clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially during non-traditional working hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is advantageous.

Compensation :

  • Base Salary : $1000 USD per month.
  • Commission Structure :
  • $100 USD per booked meeting attended, with an expectation of booking 10 meetings per month.
  • An additional $100 USD for each meeting that converts into a closed deal, with an expectation that 3-4 out of 10 meetings will close.
  • Total potential earnings: approximately $2300 USD per month, combining base salary and commissions. Commission is uncapped.
