Job summary

The Unlimited Group in Durban is seeking experienced Sales Agents for a local campaign. You will make outbound calls, promote financial products and short-term insurance, identify customer needs and guide clients through the sign-up process.

Applicants must have 1+ year in sales/call centre, strong communication and persuasion skills, and reside in Durban. A guaranteed monthly income plus uncapped commissions and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Matric essential.
• 1+ year experience in any sales/call centre.
• Must reside in Durban.
• Proven outbound telesales track record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Promote and sell financial products and short-term insurance.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable product options.
• Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
• Guide clients through the full sales and sign-up process.
• Accurately capture and update customer information on the system.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and campaign requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service while effectively closing sales.
