Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales process, identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and helping to build relationships that propel our business forward. What You'll Do

  • Prospect & Identify: Research and identify potential clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Engage: Initiate meaningful connections with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and qualify leads.
  • Analyze & Strategize: Assess companies for fit and tailor outreach strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Schedule & Facilitate: Arrange high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain and expand your personal pipeline, consistently meeting activity and quality targets.
  • Follow-Up: Reconnect with prospects who previously expressed interest but did not convert, keeping opportunities alive.
  • Collaborate: Partner with Account Executives to transition leads into deals and work closely with the SDR Manager to align with team goals.
  • Report & Reflect: Track and report progress on activities, targets, and key metrics to management, refining strategies based on outcomes.
  • Innovate: Develop new sales strategies by learning from personal successes and challenges to improve outreach effectiveness.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, International Relations, Law, or a related field (Required).
  • Graduating with honors (Preferred)
