Job Summary
We're looking for a self-driven and customer-focused Outbound Sales Agents. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you'll make outbound calls to existing clients and prospects who have expressed interest in mortgage applications. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.
Education and Experience:
- Matric / Matric Equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years outbound sales is essential.
- Previous experience in the financial industry will be a strong advantage.
- Experience working in a call centre environment is preferred, with proven ability to thrive in a target-driven setting.
- Able to work US hours at Durban branch
Minimum Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Comfortable using CRM systems, booking platforms, and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency.
- Manages multiple client requests, follow-ups, and bookings simultaneously.
- Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell mortgage packages, upgrades, and additional services to prospective and existing clients.
- Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets through outbound calls, email follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Provide personalized mortgage recommendations and
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and generate referrals.
- Stay informed on cruise industry trends, including new destinations, promotions, and ship launches, to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Operations to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Assist with key administrative tasks, including scheduling, CRM updates, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth booking processes and operational efficiency.
- Proactively follow up with prospects who have requested quotes or shown interest in Cruise offerings
