Nestify is an international property management company operating in the UK, France, Ireland, and the UAE. We help landlords maximise rental income for short, medium, and long term stays, supported by a global team and tech-driven solutions.

We are hiring a French-speaking Outbound Sales Agent to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will focus on growing our property portfolio in the French market by making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the sales team.

What you’ll do:
  • Call and qualify French-speaking leads, adding interested prospects to our CRM
  • Present Nestify’s value proposition confidently and professionally in French and English
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and respond promptly to enquiries
  • Stay up to date with property market trends and competitor activity in France
What we need:
  • At least 2 years of outbound sales or telesales experience
  • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills
  • Cultural familiarity with the French market to communicate effectively with our clients in these regions
  • Motivated, resilient, and target-driven

Working Days / Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00am to 6:00pm (South African Time)
