We are only looking for experienced Outbound Sales Professionals (Telesales):

• Min 3 yrs of proven outbound sales experience in the relevant industry is non-negotiable.
  If you have not worked in outbound sales, this role is not for you.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (SA Time)
• 2 x Saturdays per month: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You Will Be Doing:

• Engaging in outbound calling to potential customers across the UK.
• Holding impactful conversations that promote our fibre broadband services.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions.
• Closing sales and transforming interest into satisfied clients.
• Consistently hitting targets while delivering top-notch customer service.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Non-Negotiable: Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Matric certificate (higher grade English preferred).
• Computer literate – skilled in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• A self-motivated personality with a passion for customer service.
• Familiarity with the UK broadband market is a strong advantage.
