• Build rapport with customers, fostering confidence in the process.
• Update relevant CRMs with accurate data to advance the customer through the sales process.
• Handle customer objections in line with policy guidelines, building trust during conversations.
• Monitor lead allocation in accordance with conversation rates.
• Adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations.
