As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, promoting products, and closing deals to contribute to business growth. The role requires a strong sales drive, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recent call center sales experience (cold calling experience is advantageous).
• Matric certificate required with a clear criminal record.
• Fluent in English with neutral accent and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and experience working with CRM platforms.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• High-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and promote company products.
