Job summary

Henry Schein South Africa is seeking an outbound supervisor to lead day-to-day fulfilment, dispatch and delivery operations from our Midrand warehouse. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, safe and on-time shipments while optimizing warehouse workflows.

You will manage a team, uphold safety compliance, and provide reports to drive performance against SLAs. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in warehouse/logistics, experience with WMS, and familiarity with NAV 2018 or Microsoft BC.

Qualifications

• Typically 2 to 3 years in a warehouse, supply chain, or distribution role.
• Proficiency in WMS and data analytics.
• Experience with NAV 2018 and Microsoft BC is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound activities from release to dispatch.
• Oversee picking, staging and packing to meet cut-offs.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and safe handling of consignments.
• Lead warehouse staff and coach for targets.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Enforce OHASA, SOPs and QA guidelines.
