Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sell funeral cover telephonically to potential clients
• Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets
• Ensure full compliance and maintain high quality standards
• Participate in continuous training and development
• Demonstrate leadership potential with growth into senior roles

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 25 years of age
• Grade 12 (Non-Negotiable)
• South African ID
• Must be able to travel to Amanzimtoti daily
• At least 2 years experience in insurance sales (non-negotiable)
• Fluent in both English and Zulu
• Positive, target-driven attitude

Package & Remuneration:

• Guaranteed commission of R4000 in your first month (if KPIs are met)
• Uncapped commission structure; earn up to R20,000
