Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa in a remote capacity. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith to potential clients.

In this role you will own the top of the funnel, use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume goals while maintaining high touchquality interactions and accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
