Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote team across South Africa. In this role you will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, build and manage your own pipeline, and contribute to meeting-driven pipeline growth.

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM software.
• Comfortable owning and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
