Job summary

Blacksmith Agency seeks a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.

In this fully remote SA role, you will book discovery calls for Account Executives, maintain Salesforce and SalesLoft records, and continually test messaging to improve targeting and pipeline velocity.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
