You will collaborate with your manager and team to complete the Sage onboarding program. You need to be focused and be able to motivate yourself. Taking positive actions, being open to giving and receiving feedback and guidance is also very important.
Once you're ready, your day will include a high volume of cold outreach - whether that's calling, emailing, messaging on LinkedIn, or using other creative approaches to engage potential customers.
It's important to know that Business Development Representative roles typically involve hearing "no" often, so it's essential to approach conversations thoughtfully and focus on building connections.
