In this pivotal role, you will onboard and maintain large mass market clients, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end client experience while continuously consulting them to identify up-sell opportunities and become their trusted business advisor.

Key duties include:

  • Delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience through relationship building, high-value engagements, and strategic consultation.
  • Taking full ownership of the assigned client base, including onboarding, product training, and ongoing client success across multiple channels (in-person, telephonic, digital).
  • Analyzing client data to enhance product usage, drive change management, and identify opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Recording detailed CRM notes and all client queries on the SD platform.
  • Collaborating with New Business Consultants to ensure regional growth, profitable conversion, and long-term client satisfaction.

Job requirements: Qualifications, skills, and experience

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric); a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of client service experience in healthcare and information technology sectors.
  • Minimum 2 years experience training clients on software products.
  • At least 2 years experience upselling products and services to existing clients.
  • Knowledge of the South African private medical industry and medical practices is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; strong communication, negotiation, and change management skills are essential.
  • Ability to self-manage, plan effectively, and collaborate within a high-performance team.

The proposed salary range is R36k - R39k per month, with the client reserving the right to offer a market-related salary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
