Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Specialist who can make our business discoverable across traditional search and the new wave of AI-driven engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. If you know how to combine outbound hustle, SEO fundamentals, and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) to get a company noticed - this role is for you.

This is an execution-first position: cold outreach, pitching, experimenting with AI tools, and testing new distribution tactics to put us in front of the right audience.

What You’ll Do
  • Run outbound campaigns: cold email, LinkedIn, and community-driven outreach
  • Build visibility via SEO content and optimization
  • Experiment with AEO: figuring out how to get the company featured/discovered through AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others
  • Secure earned media placements across press, blogs, and thought-leadership outlets
  • Partner with sales/marketing to test and refine messaging
What You Bring
  • 1–4 years in growth, outbound, or lead gen roles (or founder/operator experience)
  • Track record with cold outreach and SEO campaigns
  • Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI tools, ChatGPT, or other LLMs for visibility
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, SEMrush, or similar tools
  • A “scrappy” builder mindset - you don’t wait for playbooks, you create them
