Role Overview:

Are you a dedicated customer service professional looking for an exciting remote opportunity? OneCall24 is seeking a Junior Out of Hours Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients during out of standard hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries and on-call requests with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Provide compassionate and empathetic assistance to clients.
3. Maintain clear and effective communication via phone and email.
4. Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a service-related industry.
2. Strong customer service and query resolution skills.
3. Fluent in English (should have prior experience communicating with UK clients).
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure.
6. Must have a dedicated workspace (equipment provided).
7. Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential.
8. Proficiency in MS Office (Email, Word, and Excel).
