Job description

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Production Management, or a related field is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is essential. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Production Coordinator role within the out-of-home advertising industry or a similar field. Proven experience managing complex production schedules and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of both digital and print production processes, including technical specifications and best practices, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all production-related inquiries.
  2. Manage and communicate production schedules, ensuring clients are informed and expectations are met.
  3. Coordinate artwork submissions, approvals, and revisions with suppliers on behalf of clients.
  4. Address and resolve production challenges promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Artwork & Printing Management
  • Evaluate client artwork submissions for printing specifications.
  • Coordinate creation and approval of JPEGs, ensuring client review and sign-off.
  • Supervise artwork distribution across printing jobs and maintain detailed records in the Codesphere system.
  • Handle all printing orders and coordinate logistics for timely delivery.
  • Work with outsourced printers to troubleshoot and resolve issues during printing and delivery.
Production Planning & Development
  • Collaborate with creative agencies on campaign artwork requirements.
  • Advise on production capabilities and constraints, ensuring alignment with supplier capabilities.
  • Calculate costs and prepare budgets for production elements.
  • Work with the sales team on markups and quotations, and finalize proposals.
  • Ensure execution within budget and timeline.
Digital Production Management
  • Oversee digital production processes, including artwork testing and uploading.
  • Manage scheduling and rotation of digital content on platforms like Vnnox and Broadsign.
  • Coordinate with media owners and digital billboard operators for campaign execution.
  • Prepare reports on digital campaign performance.
Production Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of all production activities.
  • Update project management tools regularly.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible and accurate.
  • Provide updates and detailed reports to teams and clients.
