Qualifications

Job description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Execute a South Africa sales and marketing plan to achieve corporate objectives, and provide marketing support to customers;
  2. Regularly visit mine customers in South Africa, coordinate with the Engineering Team to maintain customer relationship and support the corporate sales and profitability objectives and product development objectives;
  3. Coordinate an manage/implement a product development plan to extend the range with support of the Engineering team;
  4. Servicing of established customers within the specified territory support to assist in growth;
  5. Qualify and develop prospective customers within the specified territory;
  6. Train customer and customer’s sales representatives on product offering;
  7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to customer base as well as end users with customers;
  8. Propose customer solutions across different applications with the use of product range available;
  9. Assist customers in the development of forecasts and demand planning requirements for manufacturing and Supply Chain purposes;
  10. Review and monitor competitive product entering the market.
