Job Purpose :

To detail and educate end users on Adcock Ingram Ostomy Care and Advanced Wound Care Products

Key Job Outputs :

• Maintain professional credentials and education to maintain status as a clinical expert through board certification as a nurse.
• Support in-hospital ostomy care & wound care in conjunction with employed hospital staff.
• Set up new ostomy & wound care protocols for follow-up visits for end users.
• Deliver education programs to a diverse group of internal and external customers and end users to drive better outcomes and improve care
• Report back to senior leadership key clinical learnings and opportunities.
• The Ostomy & Wound Care educator provides clinical and operational support in the delivery of patient care in a hospital setting or clinical environment
• Responsible for training physicians / clinicians / nurses on procedures, protocols and product use
• Assist with front office operations including, but not limited to, billing, invoicing, scheduling, tracking of procedures, reporting, and funder approvals.
